Exterior Inspection

  • Walk the property and check the overall security of the home
  • Perform visual inspection - report any obvious landscape concerns
  • visually inspect exterior walls and roof (from the ground)
  • Visually check pool, spa and lanai areas
  • visually inspect for signs of damage or water intrusion
  • Check and bring in any mail or packages - forward if necessary
  • Check for proper functioning of exterior and landscape lighting

Interior inspection

  • Check for water leaks at all water faucets throughout the home
  • Inspect all ceilings, windows & doors for signs of water damage
  • Check all doors and windows for leaks or security breaches
  • Check breaker panel for tripped breakers
  • Visually check for signs of mold and mildew
  • visually check for signs of pest, insects and rodents
  • Flush all toilets, run all faucets, run dishwasher and garbage disposal
  • Confirm proper operation of all appliances
  • Ensure all doors and windows are locked
  • Check A/C system for proper operation and change filters monthly
  • Arm security system upon departure
